The particle counter comply with the standard Q/320584FBR001-2002 .We referenced FS-209E standard ,JGJ-90 standard and GB/T 16292-1996 standard in designing and manufacturing the counter. Overall particle counter performance exceeds JJG 547-88 Standard and every Model CLJ-D particle counter can be calibrated with JJG 547-88 Standard.
